The home is 4 bed room, 2.5 bath.
The bedroom for rent is as big as the master and approximately 14X16. It has a closet and is also only one step away from a full bath. This bathroom will mostly be yours. Only caveat is if family stays over in the guest room.
Every room in the house will be furnished and tasteful.
You will have full access to things in the home such as: TVs, fire pits, grill, game systems, board games, dining room, guest room, etc. This is in agreement that things will be left how they were found and any broken objects replaced. Of course, we will require open communication and agreement from both parties on guests that stay over.
