Room for Rent

Professional female seeking female roommate for beginning of August move-in.

I currently have a 2 bedroom apartment on the east side but find I don’t need the extra space. To cost share, I’m opening up the extra room (11’x14’) to another for $475 per month. This will *include* the following utilities: water, sewer, trash, electric, gas, pest control, and WiFi. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment common areas are, along with a fully equipped kitchen.

Must not smoke/vape in any fashion. Must not have kids or pets. I have small, apartment-friendly birds. The complex I live in requires additional tenants to apply through them with a $50 application fee which I would subtract from your first month rent if approved. **Must be willing to meet beforehand to discuss if we would be a good fit. Location is 2.5 miles from University of Evansville so this would also be ideal for a college student. Please pm me for more information.
