Lovely quaint 3bed/ 2 bath

I live in Lenexa- near old town Lenexa and am looking for someone to take over my current roommates lease when it’s time to renew at the end of August.
I’m a 35 year old female and I’m looking for another female 28 year+.

The space;
-3 bed/ 2 bath- 1 stall garage that is used for storage and laundry.
-The third bedroom is used as a spare room for guests and office. Also storage in the closet.
-Full back yard and cute patio- mowing and shoveling is our responsibility.
-I have a room and bathroom downstairs.
-You would have the master bed with a bathroom attached.
-Living room, kitchen, etc would be shared spaces.
-rent is $650/ month plus all utilities. I’d say monthly all in it’s about $900 give or take.
-$625 deposit.
-no animals are allowed
-not 4twenty friendly.
-landlord has been great! No problems! We’ve been here 2 years and I’d hate to give up such a great space in a quiet and convenient neighborhood.

About me;
-I’m a 35 year old Christian who moved to KC during the pandemic. I just started a new job at a radio station and I’m loving it!
-I love sports, reading and audiobooks, music and coffee, traveling for family and adventure.
-Love Sporting KC, Chiefs, Formula 1, English Premier League, etc.
-I’d consider myself an extroverted introvert. I need my nights at home- but when I’m with my people I turn it on!
-I like to cook at home and have cozy movie nights in- but also some days I go to work and don’t get home until 10-11pm if I have dinner plans or concerts.
