Upstairs bedroom with birds eye view. Must be able to climb stairs. King-size bed with private entrance to (shared) full-bath. Furnished with TV & Internet. Renting only to person with clean record. Background check is necessary. Must have full time job / or retired...and pay first two months rent. Owner is working full time. Cannot have any additional pets because owner has two cats. Best to send a picture and owner will respond with a picture as well. Personal face to face meeting is necessary before background check. Area is very safe and quiet & off the main street.
Looking only for long term. Will discuss rent with right person.
