I'm a homeowner with more house than I have use for - might as well rent the space.

You'll get a spare bedroom and the entire finished basement area to yourself with a walk-in shower. There's a big backyard in case you have a dog and lower deck as well, and garage space.

My sweet cat is used to dogs and will try to be your best friend.

The upstairs spare room can be used as an office if you like and is adjacent to mine. I have a hybrid work from home schedule and am around on Thursdays and Fridays.

Utilities are tracked on a shared Google sheet and are split 50-50 at the end of each month once all the bills come in.
