I am having to relocate to FL for my job. I have been able to prolong the request longer, so want to use the opportunity to rent a room so i can get more saved to possibly purchase house there.
I have a 4br (one being used as home office), 3 ba house. It is somewhat furnished. It has a main living room that i dont use, as i have my living room items in the basement. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds, one with dresser & tv.
i work from home full time, & i have a 2 yr old Boxer who loves getting attention from anyone that is around. I am also finishing my Masters degree so things are pretty quiet & uneventful around here.
The utilities are included in the cost plus i have Google fiber. Also have two access points so Wifi is fast & strong.
Looking for someone that is professional & responsible that needs a place to stay short term. Prefer a female since it seems that dynamic works better when sharing residence, but open to either.
