Freshly painted, double closet, Room for Rent

1600 sq ft home is too big for just me. Looking for a roommate who needs a room. House cannot be used for visitors or entertainment. Kitchen use is allowed only if cleaned RIGHT AFTER USE. CANNOT use any of house kitchen machines except of course stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher Are allowed including pots and pans and eating and preparation dishes as long as they are kept in like new condition and always put away where they belong. Will have designated shelves in refrigerator to occupy. Washer and dryer can be used as long as they are kept lint free, clean and NEVER anything stored in area or on top of dryer. I have Wi-Fi but no TV channels at this time. There is street parking but cannot park in driveway. There is a nice sized backyard. I have a small shitzu, Maltese mix dog. But no other dogs allowed. The house is currently under construction but room and unoccupied bathroom are ready for move in. I do smoke a nicotine Vape but no cigarettes or marijuana allowed in house. Must not be a drug user of any sort. Must be clean, friendly, considerate, never loud and never loud music. Cannot store personal items anywhere except room rented. The room is approximately 9’ X 10’. Closet 2’ X 10’ with shelves. Room has new paint and freshly cleaned newer carpet. New window screen ordered should be here soon.
