Looking for cool, laid back roommate

Single female in search of a non smoking clean roommate. Seeking someone that is respectful, approachable, communicative and honest. Someone that likes to socialize occasionally and perhaps cook a meal together would be ideal. Someone that can respect boundaries and understand the importance of “alone time” when needed which would be reciprocated.

I am a professional female that is employed full time working the first shift. I don’t party but do like to go out occasionally to the movies and to eat out. I would describe myself as an introvert but willing to socialize with my roommate by cooking a meal together, playing board games or watching tv together when we both are up to it.

I live in a 3 bed rm 2.5 bath single family home in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

The room available is fully furnished including a smart tv. a private bathroom, access to the laundry room, large kitchen, large backyard with, with driveway parking.
The beauty of my property is that it is a HOUSE so no neighbors share walls, large patio for entertaining your friends and only ONE other roommate so its not crowded and loud like it would be with living in apartments.

I have 2 small breed female (7 and 15 lbs) hypoallergenic 1 yr old dogs (that do NOT have free range of the house) and are super friendly.
