Condo Room for Rent, Richwood/Walton Area

Single upstairs private room with walk-in closet and private bathroom. Room is unfurnished; there is currently a king mattress in the room for guests, but nothing else. This mattress can be removed if you have your own mattress. Curtains are to be hung; it's on my to-do list. Condo includes: a shared, furnished living room and kitchen; a rear balcony on the main floor; a partially furnished basement with a patio; and a working washer and dryer. Willing to haggle the rent. Renter will cover half of all utilities.
