Super Upgraded Highlands Apt by Cherokee Park

I am leasing a super cute apartment in the Highlands right across from Collegiate Private School. I'm a block from Cherokee Park and two blocks from Bardstown Rd. Beautiful huge houses line the street surrounded by apartment. There are only 16 apartments total in my community, which I love. I'm on the 2nd floor. The whole apartment what rehabbed within the last 2 years. It has hardwood floors, very nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances. (fridge, dishwasher, stove, and microwave) it has the cool front loading Samsung washer and dryer. Rent plus utilities is $775. I'm currently leasing month to month so management charges an extra $135 a month but if after the first month you wanted to stay longer term 10-12 months they remove that $135 so rent would be less. If a couple, the utilities will be $25 more per month so rent would be $800 all utilities included except internet and the security is deposit $775 per couple. I do have one indoor/outdoor cat. She stays outside most of the time and is trained to use the outside to go potty. No liter boxes in this home. :-) I've tried putting her with other animals and she's set in her ways so I cannot take any animals sorry!!! Text messages only please!!!! Thank you!
