Female Roomate Wanted

Looking for a roommate at an apartment I am renting. I do have 2 cats and some aquatic animals. I work overnights at a Veterinary ER on a rotating schedule. We will share electric utilities and then your part of rent will be 650-750. (total rent is 1.5k, just splitting as it may go up in September at time of lease renewal).I have a spare bedroom and we will share a bathroom. I have in-unit laundry of course. Living room will be a shared space. I would like someone closer to my age and lifestyle and someone whom is okay with having cats. Home is furnished all but your bedroom. Required fees: No security deposit, just 1st months rent or amount per days left in month at move in. Will only have to pay 30% of electric bill as I have lights left on overnight and my aquariums. Feels unfair to split evenly. Utilities is only electric. Water and internet is included in the 1.5k monthly charged rent. THIS IS A FIRST FLOOR UNIT** that means the sounds of walking come with apartment living sadly... Parking is free and a first come basis, with the option of a carport. That is an additional charge on the rent that can be added to the lease. The complex has a pool and fitness room. Unfortunately, pets of your own would not be allowed as I've hit the 2 pet maximum. I'm responsible for the pet rent, which is excluded already from the total monthly cost.

We can schedule a tour and then a lunch or dinner meet up to better get to know each other. Payments are due before or on the 1st. No later* Can provide proof of payment* Can also provide the log in to the residence portal to pay directly that way.
