Room for rent

I have two slightly furnished rooms for rent in the house that I’m currently renting. The smaller room is decent sized and has its own closet and full bathroom with it’s only entrance being that room. The room is very clean and has tile flooring, the house has a big shared living room with big couches. The kitchen is nice and clean with room in the fridge and freezers. Access to washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances such as dish washer, fridge, freezer, deep freeze, microwave, toaster oven, etc.. the house is way off the road down a gravel driveway so you can’t see the house from the road. 15 min drive to LSU campus. The environment of the house is meant to be suitable for young Christians/students open to Christianity; and to provide a good place for such ones to have fellowship with fellow Christians throughout college or similar situations. Rules of the house are no smoking/vaping/drinking alcohol, no girls allowed over, no swearing, no pets. Clean up after yourself, have a good time! Looking for quality roommates!
