Hi, I have a room for rent in a quiet neighborhood. Its close to the Causeway and I-10 in Metairie. I'm looking for a roommate that doesn't have overnight guests, or couples.
I don't allow indoor pets. It's a low crime area. My house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with a large back yard and plenty of parking. The house is fully updated with all modern appliances as well and furniture.
The house is spacious. The room is large enough for a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand and is equipped with closet.
