Looking For a roommate as soon as possible

2 bedroom 1 bath house. It's a shotgun with a small backyard located next-door to a save-o-lot close to the Franklin busline 30 min walk to the quater 15 min walk to magazine street depending how fast you walk. We can put in doors to make it private rooms. Must be ok with walking through rooms to get to bathroom and kitchen. Must be responsible and respectful. If you are on Social Security, Retired or working that is fine. Landlord is great and laid back. Must be willing to sign lease, if not $1,200 deposit required not refundable and must be willing after first month to pay $900 if it is a month to month rental. List of references required please will be set up with internet access and eventually washer and dryer. The rent if willing to sign lease will be $600 a month plus half utilities.
