Roommate Needed ASAP - New Furnished Home

This is a brand new 3 bedroom home. The common space furnished with living room, dining room, bar stools. The bedroom has a desk, dresser and full size bed. This room shares a bathroom with one person. There is a washer and dryer. There are all of the kitchen necessities as well. There is a great back porch and yard. Utilities are included and there are cameras outside. It is 5 minutes from Xavier University and is a really friendly block.
The roommate is a college junior at Xavier University and is the owner of the property (along with his mother who doesn't live in the house). We would love a college student who is friendly and focused. The common space is shared and the roommates would co-craft house rules. We have family nearby that are also a support for all house related needs.
