This is a triple wide mobile home in a community park with clubhouse and pool. House has central air and only four steps to enter. Washer and dryer in home. A living room is also available for right tenant. Home has a screened in porch for outside relaxing. Must like cats.. there are 3 in home but not allowed in tenant room or living room. Directv already hooked up in tenant room with TV. Full use of kitchen. Would consider small reduction in rent for a few easy tasks. Tenant has air conditioner in room if needed when central air is not on. This is a lovely, spacious home to be enjoyed by the right tenant. Looking forward to meeting the right person.
