Looking to rent furnished bedroom

Hi! I am a 38 female. I live in a beautiful Spanish style house located in Pasadena. It?s 3 bedrooms and my 9 yr old son lives with me. We have 2 small sweet dogs. The house has a large backyard and detached garage with pool table. Nice quiet family oriented neighborhood. Close to shopping and near Pasadena College.
Looking for a responsible male or female to rent the 3rd room. It is a furnished room. The rest of house is fully furnished as well.
You have your own bathroom with toilet, but the only 1 tub/shower is located in the main bathroom that would be shared.
Washer and dryer included.
Month to month.
If you are looking for something just for the week due to work, and will be traveling home for the weekends, we can discuss a cheaper solution. Includes utilities, Netflix, internet.
