Male married couple renting room

We are a male gay married couple and looking to rent out our spare room. Room has a twin bed, shelving unit, nightstand, large flat screen tv and small closet.

All Utilities included in rent: heat, water, electric, wifi, cable and Netflix.

You will have use of the whole house besides our bedroom which is in the attic. We do only have one bathroom. Kitchen has all appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. You must purchase your own food.

We own 2 small dogs and a cat. We would allow you to have any caged animal in your room. Like hamsters, gerbils, bunny, fish, etc.
We don't mind smokers as long as it's done outside.

We are looking for someone interested in signing a 6 or 12 month lease. If at the end of the lease, there has been no problems, we are glad to extend it.

We do have a living room area where is where we spend most of our time. You would be welcome to hang out to watch a movie with us sometimes, but that is kind of our room to be together and relax. So we do appreciate our alone time as well.

Lastly, we are looking to rent to males only. Mostly because it's not uncommon for us to be hanging around in just underwear or just bathrobes, or in the buff. Which you'd be welcome to as well. No inappropriate advances would ever be made towards you. We just like to be comfortable when chilling. We are very laid back. Email is in my profile picture page
