My partner and I are interested in sharing our large 4 bedroom post and beam colonial home in Whately, MA with the right housemates on over 17 acres of hillside privacy. Minutes to 5/10 and 91 Our home is heated by wood and oil and many improvements are planned. Laundry - brand new washer and dryer in basement

The rooms for rent are on the 2nd floor which will mostly be occupied and used by the our housemates - seperate shared bath, shared 2nd floor living room and "atrium".
