Looking for responsible graduate student or professional (individual or couple) to take care of beautiful furnished 2 level townhouse in Arlington while the owner is away on sabbatical for most of the year. I will be visiting only for a few weeks between the Fall and Winter academic terms.

You will have a spacious 2nd floor master bedroom with ample closet and dresser space, and private bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. You will also have the use of an additional bathroom with washer/dryer also on the upper floor. You will pretty much have the run of the rest of the house. The first floor has a large open plan LR/DR room, fully equipped kitchen with french doors opening to a large deck, with steps leading down to a side-yard. There is also a half-bath on this floor. There is central A/C, internet and wi-fi. The house is located in a quiet leafy street, with easy access to Mass. Avenue shops, the Minute-Man bikeway, highways and public transportation. Less than 5 minute walk to the #62 bus stop which will get you to the Alewife T station in 15 minutes., or take the #77 bus to Porter or Harvard Square.

This place would be ideal for a couple.

Rent for a couple is 2000 per month plus 1/2 utilities. You will also have an additional private room that can be used as a study or bedroom.

Rent for an individual is $1500 per month plus 1/3 of utilities
