1 Roomate Wanted, Belmont, $850 (+utilities), 2 BR, off street parking, easy access to public transit, in building washer&dryer, attic storage space.

Ideal for commuters: Off street parking and easy access to public transit make it ideal for commuting into either Cambridge or Boston by the T, or traveling the greater Boston area with your car. Off street parking means not dealing with snow plows or street cleaning days.
Don?t feel cramped: Bedrooms are on the opposite ends of the apartment so you will have your privacy. But it would be great if you wanted leave your room to hang out in the media room or the library.
3 common rooms: 1)a media room for TV, Movies and Gaming and a separate. 2) A library and 3) a kitchen.

Utilities are Gas, Electric and Comcast Wireless Internet: The Gas and Electric Bills vary but expect to pay around $80-&90 a month for your half of all 3. also there is a $60 monthly fee for snow removal (but the off street parking is well worth it to not have to worry about plowing and parking bans in the winter or street cleaning days the rest of the year

Your bed room is unfurnished. The common areas are furnished with pieces I've collected over the years but I hope you can ad what touches make sense.

And the apartment comes with me. I?m a professional in their 30?s (Male) seeking a roommate and if possible friend to share this awesome space with (I?ve been renting here for about 3 years and want to keep the streak going. I?m on the nerdy side so if you like to hang out and have a laugh riffing on bad sci-fi movies on Netflix that would be a plus. I do like to get out though and stay active with activities like martial arts and salsa dancing so i?m not a complete couch potato.

And you can bring one (1) cat if you have one. If not I may be adopting one for the place.
