We have a beautiful, modern and clean, 1775 sq ft, two story apartment with 5 bedrooms and 1 bath (2nd bath well underway, all noisy stuff completed) for a female vegetarian or vegan (sorry no couples).

A 2nd floor bedroom (off the kitchen) is available March 01, first and last month's rent, please do your little share around the apartment as agreed. The rent includes all utilities, gig internet, continuous hot water, free in-unit laundry, snow/trash removal, and direct access off-street parking included.
Certified de-leaded.

There is a very nice private yard, covered porches front and rear (smoking allowed here only), under porch or basement bicycle storage.

Your bedroom can be unfurnished or furnished. Please add $80/mo for a brand new bed, new mattress, new linens, other furnishings new or lightly used as needed.

The bedroom is bright and clean, with 2 modern windows, high ceiling, polished hardwood floors, a large closet, a key locking door, new blackout drapes, window A/C in season, upright radiator.

Apartment mates include a female Harvard post-Doctoral researcher in her early 30's on your same floor. On the 3rd floor is a male Harvard divinity grad school student in his 40's, a male Leslie environmental science undergrad student in his late 20's, and a male BILH nurse in his 40's.

The house and neighborhood are quiet. A bus stop 1.5 small blocks away gets you to Harvard Sq. in 5 minutes. Fresh Pond paths, fields, tennis, and golf are nearby.
