Short-term summer sublease

Hello all, I’m listing my portion of a 2Bed 1Bath apartment for sublease from June 1st 2024 to July 31st 2024 however I’m willing to be flexible with the dates. The room is fully furnished with a queen size mattress and frame, a night stand, a couch, an air-conditioner, laundry bags. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment. This apartment is located close to the Red Line - 5 minute walk to Harvard Square and 12 minute walk to Porter square. The rent is $1900 per month. No need to pay for heat. Internet and electricity are extra and would vary between $50-$100 per month. I can give you a visitor’s parking permit if you need one. Please note that you’ll be sharing this apartment with my roommate.

About us - I work in the biotech industry and enjoy working out and playing soccer during my free time. My roommate too works in the biotech industry. He is a friendly, outdoorsy guy who understands boundaries. Both of us like to keep our apartment clean and we would really appreciate if you could do the same.
