Large room in a large space

Looking for someone to take my place on an existing lease that ends at the end of May 2025. Right now the apartment has 2 other male occupants both in their mid 20s and a room for a 4th which the other tenants would like to also fill. Total monthly cost is $2950 so with another roommate the cost would go down. Water is included, but internet, gas and electricity are not. There is currently a cat living in the space but he would be leaving with me. I’m not looking to take my furniture with me other than my desk, anything that isn’t wanted I can remove from the space. The in unit washer and dryer don’t work (this isn’t something that was included in the lease but rather something that was left behind by the last tenant) but there are multiple laundromats within close proximity. And a heads up, it is also a very musical household.
