I?m actively searching for a roommate to complete our party of three! Move-in ready and right down the road from plenty of bars and restaurants on the Watertown/Newton line. An ideal location for commuters with just a short walk or drive to bus stops and the Mass Pike!

MUST be: respectful, clean, a working professional, and pet-free.

MUST NOT be: an asshole

Everything else is fair game.

? $750/month rent per person
? $100-$150/month utilities per person
? Located minutes away from: the Charles River bike path, Watertown yard, Newton Corner and the Mass Pike
? NO pets
? Driveway tandem parking, with street parking in the summer months
? Move-in ready (with the exception of the available bedroom)
? Lease begins August 1, but looking for immediate confirmation and signing of the agreement
? Laundry in unit
