**About Roommate: 27 y/o female professional, who works remotely (must be respectful of this during business hours) and is also a night owl. Enjoys cooking (Caribbean food tops the list), television, travel, margaritas, night outs, and night ins. I do drink alcohol socially, but do not smoke (unit is non-smoking, but has smoking area outside). Looking for a clean, nice, respectful, independent, professional to share unit with. Should we work well together, there may be potentially to sign unto the remainder of the lease.
