Semi-furnished room that comes with w/ queen size bed, dresser drawer, mirror, elements storage, flat screen tv, you’ll have access to living room, dining room, enclosed porch, backyard, washer/dryer, workout/fitness room, and backyard patio. Searching for a roommate who is sociable, clean, and creative. There is no smoking anywhere inside the house but there are designated areas outside. I’m a work professional who loves sports, and outdoorsy activities. No pets, and as long as we communicate and respect boundaries you should have an enjoyable stay.
