Partially furnished room for rent

I am offering a single, partially furnished room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Newtonville. Water, Garbage, and Sewage are included in the rent. The apartment is 1450sqft in total and is very comfortable, spacious, and conveniently located nearby multiple grocery stores, tons of great restaurants, and is in a very safe neighborhood. The room is well heated for the winter and I'll offer up my window A/C unit to keep you cooled in the summer. The roommates are two mid-twenties men, usually pretty quiet. One travels for work and will only be around occasionally, but usually keeps to himself anyways. Both are scientists/engineers. As for the room, I am moving pretty far away and I'm actually looking to sell off a good portion of the furniture pictured in the description, including the large dresser, the writing desk, the office chair (extremely comfortable, trust me), the bookshelf, and the bed frame. All of that can be negotiable.
