Condo in Vinyl Square

Extra bedroom in a 2/1.5 Condo. The house is spacious, fully functional kitchen, laundry room, and shower. I cover utilities, Internet, cable and condo fees. I have a corgi naked Yuki, he?s a good boy. The community and neighborhood is really nice, they do a great job with the landscaping and plowing/shoveling in the winter. Available parking. I?m a college student at UML in the PT program. I don?t spend too much time at home and I?m very easy going. All I ask if you?re neat and clean up after yourself and also that you?re a team player. The bedroom for rent will not be furnished apart from a queen mattress.
