Summer sublet near Porter Square

Subletting a bedroom (June-August) in a spacious Somerville home right in-between Porter and Davis square! The Porter and Davis T-stops (Red Line) are 5-10 minute walks away, with easy access to grocery/convenience stores (Target, Star Market), restaurants, and bars.

The house contains 5 bedrooms in total, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and a washer/dryer in unit. The room (shown below) is located on the third floor next to a bathroom, and includes a desk/chair, dresser, and an enormous closet.

My four roommates, who you would be living with, are male grad students studying at Harvard/MIT. They are all extremely friendly and laid back, and we occasionally cook together or go out for dinner/drinks.

Available beginning of June (6/1) through the end of August with an option for renewing the lease for a year. Rent is $1000 + utilities. Message me for more details!
