Room Available in Inman Square

I am moving out of Boston on October 5th and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease asap afterwards - either in October (at a prorated amount) or November 1st. The bedroom (in photo) is quiet and doesn't have any street noise. The other two roommates are young professionals in their late 20s. We get along well but also lead pretty independent lives. There's also a large friendly dog which moves freely about the house. The apartment is huge and there's a washer/dryer in the basement (coin-op). There's one bathroom shared amongst the three tenants. Utilities are typically about $70-100/month. The current lease will run through August 2020 with an option for renewal.
