This is a rare deal in a centrally-located area of Somerville. ~15 minute walk to Davis or Porter and ~10 walk to Magoun. 88 (Clarendon Hill to Lechmere) and 90 (Davis to Assembly, stops at Sullivan) buses come right outside the apartment. Common spaces are the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and storage room (great for skis, suitcases, etc.). Landlords are easy to work with, and other expenses get split between the roommates.
