The room is spacious, has a window seat, closet and lots of sun light.
The rent includes off street parking and laundry in basement (free washer and $1 dryer). Our lower level apartment also includes full use of a front and back porch as well as a back yard.
Utilities (gas; electricity; cable) range between $100-$150 per roommate depending on season).
Move in date is flexible and could be as early as needed pending discussion or July 1st to August 1st. - sublease option until September 1st (some furniture included)
Lease renewal will be available on September 1st if interested to extend lease to a full year (unfurnished or option to buy).
