Hi! We are looking for a roommate to fill our biggest room at our Somerville apartment. Preferably a young(ish) working professional. Non smoker. Current tenants are two female professionals (in our 30s and 40s), working full-time at local library and electronic display company. We are also looking to fill another room (a bit smaller at $1225), so check out that post too.
The bedroom is at the third floor, with closet. It comes unfurnished. Big enough for a king bed (queen in the photos), a dresser and full size desk. You will share the bathroom with the other roommate at the 3rd floor.

? Need to pay upfront: first month, last month and security deposit
? Utilities (heating, electricity, water, cleaners one a month, wifi): ~$80/month in summer, ~$190/month in winter.
