The 3bed/1bath apartment is the whole 3rd floor of a 3 story house on Rossmore St. Union Square. 2 min walk to the square and a 10 min bike from MIT/Harvard.

The room is available ASAP. Bills are around 70-100 a month. lease is to september 1st, 2021

You would be moving in with a working professional and a grad student at MIT as well as a perfectly chill cat by the name of Diego. We?re very easy going, respectful of each other?s space and time, quiet but like to hang out in the house together, especially as we are/will spend so much time in the same place. We love the apartment, keep it clean and actually want to continue to make it even more homely and comfortable this year. Right now, we?re just very honest about how to handle the pandemic; talking openly about what we?re comfortable with social distance-wise etc.

Furniture can be on the table for haggling if any of it strikes your fancy.
