Subletting 1 large sunny furnished bedroom in Davis Square, Somerville. From Oct 1st (flexible move-in date) to Feb 28th, with the potential to extend. Females only please and in their 20s! Looking for someone clean, responsible and fully vaxxed :)

Rent: 1st month $1,200+$250
Remaining months: $1,200

Amenities: In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC & heating controlled by Nest thermostat.

Bedroom: Sunny, large, gorgeous bedroom with 4 windows. Comes furnished with a dresser, full size bed, side table, 2 mirrors, a coat rack, a desk and a comfy desk chair.

Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, but yours will be the one upstairs, you share with one other person. Washer/dryer is also in this bathroom.

Common space:
Downstairs - A sun room/ reading room.
Upstairs- Living room has a couch and a futon, a tv with roku. Kitchen has dishwasher. Roof - nice to sit out on the roof when it’s sunny. There’s also a small front lawn area.

Roomies: 3 females, aged 24-25. One works in finance, one works in education and one in software sales. All super sweet, clean and responsible.

20min walk to Tufts

2nd floor apartment. Whenever we have an issue, we put in a request through an online portal and maintenance comes either the day of or the next day. They also mow our front lawn and shovel/salt our walkways.
