The apartment is on the second floor of a two floor home. It is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Conveniently located between Magoun Square and Davis Square within walking distance of both the red and green lines. One of the available rooms is a decent size, and the other is a bit smaller but has two awesome skylights. The bathroom also has a skylight. There is laundry in the kitchen and the kitchen has been redone fairly recently. The current tenant is a 26 yo female working as a scientist at a pharmaceutical company.
By the time of the lease, she will be 27. The apartment will be fully furnished besides the bedrooms with mostly new furniture, a fish tank in the living room, and a Hermanns tortoise living in the third bedroom of the current roommate. There is a shared patio outside with some furniture and access to the basement for storage. Current roommate loves crocheting, having a wine night, playing cornhole, and watching movies/tv. Rent does not include wifi or utilities.
