My name is Julien, and my two roommates are looking for a friendly and clean roommate to sublet a room in a 3-bedroom East Somerville apt. starting June 1st, with the option for renewal for September 1st. We are looking for an LGBTQ-friendly, young professional to live with us! The apartment includes 1 bathroom, 1 living room, a kitchen and dining room table. Please message us if interested.

We’re a 10 minute walk from the Orange Line (Sullivan Square station) and Green Line (East Somerville station, and a 15 minute walk to Assembly Row.

The Nitty Gritty Details: Rent is $1,212 a month (Sublet- June 1st—August 31st/ Lease: September 1st-August 31st). A first, last, and security deposit will be needed (total—$3,363). Free laundry is shared between the three roommates (in the basement). This is a pet-free apartment.

Utilities not included: Electric, Wifi. Utilities Included: Heat and water. .
About the roommates: I’m relocating to the Carolinas and have really enjoyed my time with these two roommates. Lex and Lydia are both outgoing, friendly, and love to cook! Lydia is an earth-loving Taurus & wannabe tree-hugger who loves to crochet. Lex is an art nerd and sweet-treat-advocate who is always down for a good board game.

Some expectations: We are looking for someone queer-friendly who can clean after themself in shared spaces, contribute to the weekly chore chart, and communicate openly. We would also love someone open to joining us for cute communal roommate dinners/movie nights :)
