Furnished room for rent a couple of minutes two train stations (Union square and Gilman Square) and Assembly row. I am looking to move out as soon as possible to Europe for studies and need someone to take over my room. Rent is 1250 internet included with fully furnished kitchen and living room, bi-weekly cleaning, in-house laundry, dishwasher and patio. Lease end July 30th with the option to extend. I am willing to cover some of the first month’s rent for the right person.
