Waltham Room for Sublease now -8/15/24

Hi everyone, I’m subletting one room in a 4 bedroom house at Waltham.
- This house is located very close to Brandeis University and a purple line stop, 10 min walk or 5 min drive. The neighborhood is very quiet.
- There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house, you will share one bathroom with one roommate while share the kitchen with all four of your roommates. You will have the driveway all to yourself.
- Tenant is responsible for rent of $780 + utilities per month. Upon signing lease, tenant will need to pay deposit($780) + 1 month rent ($780 covers last month), and rent amount of $780 upon move in.
- No parties, no pet (unless you got ESA).
- Room is available to rent now and must move out 8/15.
