-Room is ideal for short term rentals, but available for
longer term as well.

-Rent is $750 plus $75 flat rate for utilities (heat, hot water,
wifi and electricity) for monthly rental, for a total of $825.

-Short term: by the week available for $225/week including all utilities.

-It is a clean, private furnished room available starting
December 5.
-I'm open to both short and long term rentals, but the room
is ideal for short term.
-It is near bus lines that go into Cambridge and downtown
Boston. Previous tenants took public transport without
issue.

-Room/efficiency for one person with its own private entrance, private bathroom, and parking space in driveway.

-Located in Watertown near the Newton line, close to the Mass Pike (route 90) (Near Cambridge, Brighton, Boston & Waltham)

-Room is furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. *No kitchen- But room has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and teakettle.!*

-Clean towels and bedding can be provided at no charge.

-There will be a cleaning/changeover fee of $30 for each
separate stay (but the place still needs to be left relatively
clean).
I have the room and bathroom professionally cleaned in
between tenants.
note: The shower stall is best for people under 6' tall.
