Hi!
I'm looking to fill a room on the first floor of a spacious 2B1B Victorian that has a cat and a dog right in the heart of Davis Square, Somerville, MA for May 1st 2024.
This apartment is a 3 min. walk to the Davis Square Redline T-stop as well as numerous bus lines and all that Davis has to offer. The house is 110 years old and in some places-that shows, but I love this apartment and have put work into it so it's comfortable. Also, we got brand new porches this year which are a nice clean addition!

~The room is unfurnished
~Full washer/dryer in the basement
~Room for some storage in basement
~Dish washer in the kitchen
~Backyard (concrete) where I have a patio set, hammocks, a grill
~There is pretty much always off street parking but you have to have Somerville stickers.
The great thing about this place is that it feels like a neighborhood even though you can't get much closer to Davis Square!--Which has a lot of nice restaurants and stores.
Cost
~Rent and bills included: $1500
A little about you:
~Working professional (or in grad school) in their 30's or 40's
~Loves animals!
~Can keep common areas more clean than not
~Can pass a credit check
~Other than that I'm open to anyone!
