Room near Davis Square

Hi everyone! I live in a 4 bedroom apartment located super close to Tufts and Davis square with 3 other girls my age (22-23 y/o). For no reasons having to do with this apartment or my roommates, I’m moving out of state at the end of the month, and am looking to have someone take over my room in September when the 12 mo lease starts up again. (Or even sooner over the summer if you’re willing to pay a sublet fee). Rent is 1050 a month and we have street parking upon purchase of a Somerville permit. There’s an in unit washer and dryer and the good thing about our situation is the common spaces are already furnished! It’s a really great group of girls who have full time jobs but love to adventure around Boston during the weekends! Let me know if you or anyone you know may be interested 😊
