Seeking Replacement Roommate ASAP (Pet-Friendly!)

Hi! I'm currently searching for ONE roommate to replace me at a 2-BR apartment with my other roommate, Lindsay, & her Miniature Pinscher, Kobe! Lindsay and Kobe are great roomies and natural Bostonians familiar with the area! I'm only moving back home for personal reasons and need a replacement ASAP.

The apartment has 2BR (only 1 BR available) and includes the living room and kitchen furniture, in-unit washer & dryer, pantry, in-room closet and balcony.

The apartment is located at Regency Place Apartments in Wilmington right off the Reading/Wilmington exit within close proximity to retail stores, gas locations and grocery, including Walmart, Target and newly opened Chick-Fil-A.

The rent includes trash and sewer. Extra utilities-- water, cable, electricity, average about $130. Open for discussion with other roommate.

SN: Open to 2 people or a family interested in taking over the lease who may be having a hard time searching.
