Bedroom Sublease With Flexible Move In/Out Dates

Looking to sublease my room from early June - mid august, very flexible move in and move out date. The room and house come fully furnished, spacious in room walk-in closet, in unit laundry, street parking, and basement storage available. The house is very spacious with tons of natural lighting. There’s a large balcony and backyard area available as well. You will have 3 roommates, all young women and working professionals, lgbtq+ friendly. Rent is 1100 all inclusive. The house is very close to public transportation, 9 minute walk to the green line (Magoun square) and a 2 minute walk to the 89 bus. There’s many restaurants, convince stores, a CVS and a Dunkin within a 5 minute walk. No pets, my roommate has a very sweet cat and we cannot have any more.
