Roommate Wanted!

- We have lots of outdoor space (roof deck) with furniture and grill;
- Rent is $1375, internet/tv is $45, utilities fluctuate; ***There is a lease renewal fee that we split evenly**
- There were ghosts in the walls, we took care of that;
- There is a bathroom, shower included;
- We have heat;
- Also hot water;
- Across the street from Saint Mary?s T Stop on the Green line;
- Available room has built-in desk, shelving and dresser;
- Open concept living room and kitchen with modern touches, such as arched doorways and stucco walls;

Lease is one year and begins August 1.

The two of us staying are guys in our mid 20s. We are open to living with just about anyone who is a good roommate (clean, respectful) and someone we can get along with well (enough).
