-One year lease from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025. (August start date is possible!) Before signing, first and last month’s rent and security deposit (1 month’s rent) are due.

Our third floor apartment has a living room and dining room, spacious eat in kitchen, and shared hall closets. Large windows, high ceilings and charming wainscot. And WiFi.

-There is no overnight street parking available. There are usually spots to rent in the area that range from $175 to $250 per month.
