Private room available in a 3rd floor apartment. On- private parking space is available for an additional fee. Free laundry in the basement. Centrally located
in Brookline right by Washington Square. Green line access. Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. I am a male that works full time and would prefer no pets. In my free time, I’m typically watching sports, out exploring the city or out traveling. I ask future roommates also be full-time professionals and be clean and respectful of the shared spaces!
I typically travel a fair amount for work during the winter and spring months so am not around as much during that time. If you think you'd be a good fit, please reach out and tell me a little about yourself! Deposit is first, last and security, and utilities are split amongst the 3 tenants.
