4 Bedroom House with nice yard and fun roommates

The first room is the master bedroom with a massive space, full walk in closet, private bathroom and a balcony. The landlord is super nice and my roommate and I are easy going. The second room is a bit smaller but still a nice room with a ton of space around the house that makes the cost well worth it. We’re right near the commuter rail and we’ve had no issues with anyone in the neighborhood. For a little extra umph, we currently have a badminton net, pool table, a garden, and a nice porch+yard :).
