XL bedroom with 2 Lg closets in beach cottage home

Hello! My name is Steph. I am sadly moving out of this house between by 5/1, so the ideal move in date for someone to take my place is between 5/1-6/1! This beautiful house is located in North Weymouth, right over the Fore River Bridge, a quick and easy route to Boston. There is a bus stop out right in front of the house. Hingham Shipyard and other shopping within walking distance. Plenty of outdoor walking areas: Stodder's dog bark(the best dog park you'll ever go to), Great Esker park, Bare Cove, Great Hill Park, Wessagusset Beach, Lane Beach, and more.
The bedroom is enormous and has two closets: one large closet and one small/moderate size. There is a separate built in a/c unit as well! It's perfect.
I absolutely loved living here! If my little sister didn't need someone to get an apartment with her, I probably would have never left. The landlord is lovely and the 2 female roommates who live here have been so easy to live with! They're looking for the perfect fit who is easy to get along with, respectful, kind & enjoys a peaceful & clean home to come back to.
Dogs are allowed, and we have the perfect fully fenced in yard for them! Unfortunately no cats because one of the roommates is allergic.
The landlord is usually willing to prorate first month's rent if the move in date is in the middle of the month. It's just something I'd have to touch base with him about. He is a very responsive & kind landlord.
There is laundry in unit and a driveway for off street parking! Electric is included in rent, WiFi/cable & gas are paid by tenants so we split them! If you are looking for a move in date anywhere between 5/1-6/1, that would be ideal! Please reach out so you can view the space & meet the roommates!
